如何預防房屋外墻滲漏？

房屋滲漏是建筑工程中的主要質量通病之一，外墻易產生滲漏的部位主要有門窗與外墻交接部位滲水、散水坡滲水、外墻預埋件根部滲水、變形縫部位滲水、外墻鑲貼飾面塊材滲漏、鋁合金門窗的滲漏。外墻滲漏的大部分原因，多為施工措施不當及施工工藝不到位所產生的后果。下面濟南專業防水公司給大家介紹幾種預防外墻滲漏的方法。
1、變形縫內嚴禁掉入砌茬、砂漿和其他雜物，縫內應保持干凈、貫通，按規范要求填油麻絲外加蓋鍍鋅鐵板。密閉鍍鋅蓋板的制作應符合變形縫工作構造要求，確保沉降、伸縮的正常性。安裝蓋板必須整潔、平整、牢固，接頭處必須是順水方向壓接密實。
